Feel Better, One Step at a Time
Life is weird.
One minute you're holding it together, checking the boxes, being the responsible one. The next, you're wondering why you're anxious all the time, crying in your car, stuck in the same relationship patterns, people-pleasing your way into burnout, or feeling completely disconnected from yourself.
If you've ever thought, "I don't need someone to fix me. I just want to understand myself," or "I just wish I had someone to talk to that could understand me," then you're in the right place.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. My style is person-centered, warm and genuine, and sometimes sprinkled with humor because healing doesn't have to happen in a perfectly serious room. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are: messy, overwhelmed, questioning everything, figuring yourself out, or simply tired of carrying it all alone.
Together, we'll explore the stories, relationships, experiences, and survival strategies that helped you get here while building a deeper understanding of who you are and what you need moving forward. My work is rooted in connection, self-compassion, curiosity, and helping you feel more at home in your own life.
You don't need a crisis. You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on.
You just have to show up.
We'll figure out the rest together.
