Individual Counseling – 50 min (Virtual)

Personalized one-on-one sessions focused on anxiety, mood, and life transitions. Serving Texas residents in telehealth.

$150 (Private Pay) and accepting all major insurers (Prices range).

I am able to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Sliding scale offered when slots are available.

Professional Clinical Consultation and Supervision Services – 60 min

Collaborative space to strengthen professional support and build clinical skills for LMSWs working toward their LCSW in an individual or group setting.

$75-$100 (Service will be available in August, 2026)

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

Prices vary on group sizes and class format. Contact me to discuss your training needs and for a quote.

  • In-Person Option: One 6.5-hour class led by me.

  • Blended Option: Two hours of self-paced online work, followed by a 4.5- to 5.5-hour session led by me.

    With this youth-focused curriculum from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, you’ll learn how to talk to young people ages 12-18 about mental health and how to step in when they need help. Topics include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, bullying, social media, substance use, ADHD, and more. You’ll be able to: 

  • Recognize signs and symptoms in young people.

  • Use the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE). 

  • Interact with a young person in crisis.

  • Connect a young person with professional help.

  • Address stigma and explain that recovery is possible.

  • Encourage young people to practice self-care.
